Use of the Site
In order to register for the Site the User will provide there First and Last name, email address and the Location by State or Province.
All Users and other parties (hereinafter referred to as "Content Providers") may provide the Site with works, information or other material or content (hereinafter referred to as "the Content") so that all the users of the Site would get as current and versatile material and information as possible by using the Site. AMOOB has the right to modify the Site's appearance, structure, Content or other material at any time without notifying the Users or the Content Providers in advance and prevent access to the Site partly or wholly due to technical reasons. AMOOB will endeavor to give advance notice of the interruptions.
In addition to what has been stated otherwise in these Terms of Use, AMOOB shall not be liable for any possible damages caused to a Content Provider or a User. Under no circumstances shall AMOOB be liable for any indirect damages.
Validity and Amendments of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are valid until further notice. AMOOB has the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice on the Site or by sending a notification to the e-mail address provided by the User at the time of registration. The User is deemed to have approved the amendments if he/she uses the Site after the notification.
AMOOB has the right to remove the Users right of use and access to the Site with immediate effect if the User is in violation of these Terms of Use.
